Music Marketing and Promotion

December 8th, 2009

The site here has been pretty static as I have been spending a great deal of time generating content for my musician coaching website.  I find myself with a wide range of clients since diversifying my consulting business.  I still have a handful of technology clients who need audio and video libraries built but of late I have also been working with musicians ranging from just out of school and playing out for the first time to a few artists who have won Grammy awards.  I find myself creating a great deal music marketing plans for developing artists and guiding the music marketing and promotion efforts for bands and singer songwriters in various stages of their careers.

If you find yourself here because you need access to premium audio and video content either custom made or licensed you have reached the right place.  If you are an artist or an executive who needs help getting their music or their client’s music heard – see more about those services at musiciancoaching.com.

Road Recovery Benefit Concert

May 2nd, 2009

I was fortunate enough to be able to volunteer at an event last night for an organization called Road Recovery.  It was Road Recovery’s 2009 Benefit concert which I am told sold out at the Nokia Thearte in Times Square.  Road Recovery is dedicated to helping young people battle addiction and other adversities by harnessing the influence of entertainment professionals.

I was very grateful to have been able to help out last night, and also grateful to witness some of the show which featured everyone from Little Steven to Iggy Pop to Billy Brag to Perry Farrell and Wayne Kramer of the MC5.  Check them out at http://www.roadrecovery.org

This is one of the flyers from last night’s event:
